The OnePlus One successor is likely going to be a powerful and affordable Android smartphone, though the Chinese startup has yet to formally introduce the OnePlus Two. It has generated increased pre-release hype mainly owing to the fact that potential buyers expect it to be a budget phone with high-end specifications similar to its predecessor.

After a leaked benchmark on Thursday shared some details about the OnePlus Two’s high-end specs, a new report brings even more information about the company’s next-gen Android handset.

OnePlus Two Benchmarks Revealed:

Although the company has already confirmed that it is bringing OnePlus Two (or whatever the final branding is) in the third quarter of this year, the specifications of the smartphone remain a mystery.

Now as per a new GeekBench benchmark test, quoted in turn by PhoneArena, a new OnePlus smartphone bearing model number A2001 has been accorded benchmark scores.

OnePlus Two Revealed Specs and Features:

According to the leaked specs, the OnePlus Two features Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC with Adreno 430 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Apart from the aspects concerning the chipset, the apparent OnePlus Two which passed the benchmarks is shown to run the more recent Android 5.1 out of the box.
OnePlus Two is rumored to sport a 5.5 inch Quad HD Display with a 1440 x 2560 resolution and OnePlus Two received a score of 1256 for single core and 4093 for multi core.
Price-wise, the next-gen OnePlus smartphone is said to cost around $400 (£257, €360, CN¥2500). A budget variant of OnePlus Two is also said to be released towards the end of 2015.
Nothing about the OnePlus Two has been officially confirmed, aside from the fact that it’s slated to arrive in Q3 of this year. Sales of its predecessor have just commenced in India, and the phone is exclusively being sold via Amazon right now, by means of the company’s unique invite system.
