You can schedule posts on Instagram to leave at an hour when you will not be available or you will not have access to the internet. Whether to post information about a contest, to congratulate a friend on his birthday or to explain promotions and offers, if it is a brand.

Steps to Schedule Posts on Instagram from your Android & iOS mobile
Here, to schedule posts on Instagram, we need to use third-party app called Wiselit Android app and it is supported for iOS users too. Follow the below steps to continue the process.
Android users: Go to Google Play Store and search for Wiselit Android app, then download the app on your smartphone.
iOS users: Go to Appstore and search for Wiselit and install the application.
Open the Wiselit app and if you are an existing user, log in to your account. If you are not an existing user do signup for the Wiselit to create a new account.
Once you have created your Wiselit account, continue reading the slides they have shown and then click on the start on the right top side of the screen. For clear vision, see the below image.
Once you proceed to the next, you can see the dashboard with Instagram Accounts, schedule and Plus (add) symbol in the bottom of the screen.
To add your Instagram account click on the Accounts button which is present in the bottom of the screen.
Enter your Instagram account username and password to add the account.
- Make sure that your account is in Public mode. If you have kept your account in private mode, turn it on to public mode till your account is added in Wiselit and then you can turn it back to private mode.
- Your account needs verification, Instagram does this once in a while to ensure that you are a human being and not a robot.
- To verify your account, open your Instagram from your mobile or tablet and then follow the steps.
- Once the verification is done, come back to Wiselit app and try to add your account again.
To verify your account, open Instagram account in your mobile or tablet. Once you open there will be a pop up showing as your account was attempted to log in if it was your or not. Click on “it was me”.
Once you are done, get back to Wiselit app and click on Done! Try again. That’s it. Your account is added.
If it does not work, try changing your profile from public to private and again from private to public.
Click on the Accounts section in the app and you will the account added. If you want to add more account, you can add by just clicking on Add account option.
To upload an image, select your Instagram account and then click on the plus symbol. There you will get options to upload an image from Gallery (Photos) or Camera or Wiselit Gallery. Then Wiselit will ask access for your photos in order to upload them. Click on “OK” option.
Select the image to upload it to your account. There you can edit the size of the image. If you want full size you can select all the image or if you want some part of the image, you can crop it as you want.
Once your editing is done click on Next.
Steps to ‘Add’ and ‘Switch’ between Multiple Instagram Accounts
In this step, compose the post by selecting the account, entering the text of the post.
- If you want to publish the post now, select now.
- If you want to publish the post later, select later. Also, you can draft the post.
To schedule the post click on the schedule timings.
Select the day, year and the time you want to publish the post in your Instagram account.
Once you have selected the timings of the post, click on done. That’s it your post is scheduled at the time your want to publish.
You can select the time limit of the post presence in the gallery.
- You can delete from the gallery after 1, 3 or 7 days of being posted.
- Else you can keep the picture in the gallery by selecting the last option, i.e., don’t delete the image from the gallery after being posted.
If you want to get a notification after your scheduled post is published on your Instagram profile then toggle the notify me when posted button from Off to On. Check all the settings and then click on the schedule option.
You can check the scheduled posts on the home screen of your account. If you want to add new post click on the plus symbol and continue the steps to add a new one. If you want to change the timings of the post click on the pencil icon at the bottom of the screen or if you want to delete the post, click on the delete icon.
Additional step. You can edit your Wiselit profile and can use PRO version by paying them some amount according to the plans.
Deactivate/Delete Facebook, Gmail, Twitter And Instagram Accounts
